USB to European plug,
What is not made clear in the product description is that one end has a USB port, not a two- or three- prong US plug ( a picture of the other end would be very helpful, Amazon.com!). So it’s a USB to European plug adaptor.

This is a waste of 10 dollars. You can get a plug adaptor at any Radio Shack type store for less than a dollar. They probably even have them on sale at Amazon for pennies.
